Some parents prefer to tackle a specific parenting goal and choose to meet more short term, typically 10-16 sessions. Some parents choose longer-term services to dig deeper into topics such as what parenting means to them, further explore the nature of their relationship with their children or resolve past adverse experiences that interfere with their ability to parent the way they would like.
