I provide EMDR, trauma therapy and parent coaching on-line or in-person in Washington. I help people get to the root of their issues, overcome difficult experiences and learn new approaches so they can become their best selves. My clients walk away from therapy with me feeling capable, empowered, courageous and calm so that they can start parenting based on what their children need in the present instead of what they experienced in the past.

Join me each week to develop skills to deal with triggers and difficult situations (parenting related or otherwise). When you feel ready we’ll use proven therapies such as EMDR to launch your recovery from the past. Together we’ll figure out the roots of the issue and get you the tools you need to become confident, calm and empowered.
